Kotsifis.gr cooperates with Elta courier which undertakes to deliver your products as soon as possible. All orders & nbsp; are submitted by 15:00, on weekdays, processed by us and shipped the same day, while beyond this time they are registered and shipped the next business day. If you place your order on Saturday, it will go through the approval, preparation and shipping stage on Monday.

Cost

The shipment of the parcel is free nationwide for orders over 59 €. Shipping the parcel within Greece for orders under 59 € costs 3 € (+ 2 € COD). In cases where the weight of the parcel exceeds the normal (3 kg and above) and access to the desired delivery place is difficult, the delivery cost may increase.

Delivery time

Delivery of products within Greece takes 1-2 working days (in inaccessible areas may be delayed 1 to 3 days more). The products are distributed daily from Monday to Friday, 09: 00-18: 00. For delivery on Saturday there is an extra charge and you should contact the call center if you wish. Deliveries may be delayed due to strikes or adverse weather conditions or if the desired location is isolated.

Product Receipt

If the products reach the destination you have indicated to us but there is no person to pick up the parcel then the distributor will leave a note urging you to contact the transport company. If there is no notice within the next 5 working days the parcel returns to our store. To avoid the above situation, we suggest that you choose addresses where there will always be someone to pick up the parcel (eg workplace).
